Laundry / Mud / Bathroom
Franktown, Colorado
Project Overview
This combined laundry room, mudroom, and bathroom renovation in Franktown tackled three connected spaces in one coordinated project. The homeowners needed each area to work harder — more storage, better flow, and finishes that could handle the daily demands of a working ranch property. Our team designed and built each space to function independently while feeling cohesive as a whole.
