Guest Bathroom

Project Overview

This guest bathroom remodel in Highlands Ranch gave the homeowners a polished, guest-ready space in place of a bathroom that had seen better days. As a part of the larger project the unique textured walls were replaced with a new knock-down texture that was used throughout, tying the rooms together with a consistent finish. We like the belt and suspenders approach so we tiled the floor and installed hardwood base finished in a satin enamel paint that is caulked to the floor for ease of cleaning and maintenance. It is our firm belief that bathrooms should be bullet proof when it comes to being cleaned. Granite countertop and backsplash was the perfect surface for the sink. Clean and elegant.
