Basement Addition

Project Overview

This basement bathroom in Pradera was built from the ground up. Achieving the location our client wanted for the shower required concrete excavation and a new waste line tied in underground. We worked inside of a multi-chamber tented area to control dust in the occupied space, utilizing HEPA filters to contain our mess. In the end it was worth it and the floor to ceiling steam shower enclosure was achieved plus a new bathroom added to the footprint of the house. All the while the family kept up their normal routine.
